Christian Life International Bible College operates with residential programs in 4 different nations, and External Degree Programs in 12. Most of the students are pastors or church leaders in developing countries. Roger Houtsma has developed a program to make schooling affordable to these pastors.
World Outreach provides trained professors to instruct and staff the institute for the first 2 years. After developing local staff and instructors the institute is given to the churches of the city. Once the institute is locally run in its entirety, the World Outreach staff returns home, leaving behind a thriving Bible training center.
